Victor R. Claveau, MJ is a man on fire for Jesus! He has a firm foundation in Catholic Theology and apologetics and uses this knowledge to help build the Body of Christ. He loves the Lord and delivers the Catholic Church’s teaching with wit and wisdom. He has been gifted with the ability to take difficult theological concepts and make them understandable to the average layperson. A consummate storyteller, he will inspire you to become a confident apologist and evangelist.
Victor is eminently qualified to write and speak on the subject of evangelization as he has been a full-time Catholic evangelist since 1989 and is a graduate of the Diocese of Melbourne School of Evangelization. As the Director of Catholic Footsteps “The Evangelization Station” in Hesperia, California, he has lectured on Catholic belief and evangelization both nationally and internationally. He is the editor/author of Welcome Home, a book about the conversion of 11 fallen away Catholics, published by Ignatius Press; Bible Sabotage; Scripture Through History; The 7% Solution: A Guide to Evangelization at the Parish, Community or Diocesan Level; and an audio book-on-tape entitled, The Lord has Done Great Things, published by St. Michael Media. His articles have been published in Lay Witness, Columbia, Christian Order, and This Rock magazines. He has Graduate Degrees in Management and Human Behavior and is a member of Miles Jesu (Soldier of Jesus), the Fellowship of Catholic Scholars.
Victor travels the country speaking at conferences and parishes. His most recent audiotape series include, “The Catholic Call to Evangelization: Its Impact on Our Salvation”, “Foundations For Evangelization” and “Evangelization For The Common Man” produced by St. Michael Media.
Victor has been married to his beautiful wife Jan for over 45 years and they have 3 children, nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren .
